1. Full inspection:  100 percent check for each piece,which are mainly exported to Japan.

Two kinds of full inspection methods: 

A.  (we send our QC to the production factory for inspection) 

B.  (Customer send products to our company, we will make inspection including aesthetic  ,function and metal detecting check etc,non-defective product will be packed and shipmented.)

2.Random sampling inspection: to select a part of the whole lot,and confirm the quality situation of the products

Three manners: 

A. Pre-procuction inspection

B. During-production inspection

C. Pre-shipment inspection

3. Factory-stationed inspection:before mass production, our inspector will stay in the factory to follow up the production schedule,confirm the quality and eliminate abnormal situations.
